As we do not have the specifics from other manufacturers in regards to how the calories are calculated, we can only state that the calories are very similar to the Assault Bike. I don’t ever see this breaking. Im doing polarization with 7 second all put bursts. 3. It's smooth and sturdy, if not a little on the bigger side. They are a lot harder to get going, i feel like you can't easily get a violent sprint with them to start or burst during the workout and they slow down a lot easier so they are harder to keep going. We have an assault bike elite and it’s great, but, I’m looking at buying another one for at home (the assault bike elite will be at my gym). It seems like if you have more blades or bigger blades it will be harder?

Looks like you're using new Reddit on an old browser. The Echo just feels like a bike with the brakes stuck on so you cannot generate the "snowball" power output effect. I know it's an erg or fan like resistance, but you can freewheel, handlebars are fixed, damper simulates gear changes , etc. If anyone has any questions let me know. does it make nearly unusable or is it mostly inconvenience? Just think, if you get better with the echo, the next time you see an assault bike you'll absolutely crush it. I have to assume that the structural components are manufactured in America. Give it some time on the echo bikes and then go to the Ass bike and you will realize what a difference there is in how well the echo bike is made. The warranty was my main concern, though it would have been nice to know how much of the bike is American made. I never thought I’d prefer the Assault Bike over anything, until I tried the Echo for the first time two days ago. Do 30 cals on one and 30 on the other. I got the phone holder and the wind guard. the echo bike definitely slows down faster if you "take your foot off the pedal." my gym has both and I prefer the assault bike but use both all the time.

They had me loosen up the foot pegs, then the bolts in the arms. The Echo has a 10 bladed, 26" diamater fan. The design of the Echo Bike seems very similar to the Assault bike, as well. I wanted to die every bit of the 14.5 minutes it took me but damn did it feel good to have done it. It's a pain in the ass, but the 'ride' is much smoother than an assault bike to me, and the assault bike's look like a kids toy sitting next to an echo bike.

Agreed, my old gym had Assault and new has Echo and the Echo bikes are a lot tougher especially if the cals are over 30 or the workout is longer in nature. My wife loves it but, has a hard time with the height. Noise ?? Everything holding up still?
