THE HOLY PROPHET(SA.W.S. I said to myself, “I must recite this,” and I recited it before I slept and kept reciting until I fell asleep. O you who believe, do pray Allah to bless him, and send your Salam (prayer for his being in peace) to him in abundance.” (Surah Al-Ahzab: v. 56), This verse speaks the position of the Prophet (PBUH) which he holds in the heavens. Truly, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.

Allahumma salli ala sayyidina wa maulana muhammadiw wa ala aali sayyidina wa maulana muhammadin salaatan tunajjina biha min jami’il ahwaali wal’afaati wa taqdilana biha min jami’il haajaati watu tahiruna biha min jami’is sayyi aati watar fa’una bi haa a’lad darajaati watu bal lighuna biha aqsal ghaayaati min jami’il khairaati fil hayaati waba’dal mamaati innaka ala kulli shay in qadeer. It is mentioned by scholars that if you recite it one time, it is as if you recited the Dala`il al-Khayrat 600,000 times! Allah Almighty speaks of the Prophet (PBUH) among the angels and sends blessings upon him.
