I have a few theories (not based on much, and probably completely off the mark ) 1- It's the actual Madara: I think most of us can agree that Tobi is probably not Madara. Reiji Nogi has captured mass amounts of Native Worms along with Tadakoro. Tendou then goes to make the trade, but ultimately defeats Scorpio Worm. Elsewhere, Kagami has made friends with a young boy who seems to be hiding something. Kamishiro Tsurugi finally becomes aware that he is Scorpio Worm.
