Have never experienced such awful customer service. Staff very helpful and helped us find the sofa that was perfect for our lounge and met our requirements! WHY. It took over 2 weeks for my problem to be solved, back and forth with the incompetent company. cancel my order and they promise me to refund my money back and nothing happen and they kept £1000. See point 5!9. ( even though I suspected this wasn't true as they had to make a new order, which would take up to 6 weeks.) Looked at clearance so we could take it away today. Was a great visit to the DFS store, even though it was masks and hand gel all around, always felt perfectly fine and at easeAlready knew the sofa i wanted as had used the website and even an AR app on the phone to visualise the sofa in the roomOrdered everything with no problems and even a few changes of mind on the spotTook 3 years interest free credit with a deposit so spread the costs out a bit. We test products in the way you use them, looking at quality and ease of use without being bamboozled by manufacturers' claims. Due to COVID-19 we won’t bother with customer service, delivery, updates however we will take your payment.
The salesman greeted us in a professional and polite manner, and was helpful and informative when we needed advice. Great service , The sales assistant called May was lovely and helpful. The sofa is perfect and the delivery men were fantastic. The journey from when we ordered to the day it will be delivered.
Absolutely sick of chasing this up. Join Which? Phoned again 45min later someone answered and said likely hood is it won't come the 5th December ither because delayed shipment but yet its "Made and sourced in there uk" blaming covid even though we ordered after lockdown with no new restrictions in place since.

4, do you expect to stay in business with this level of service?Very poor and please don’t you dare use Covid for the poor comms, Better Avoid Worst ever furniture company to deal with .Placed the order on 03rd July been promised delivery within 10-12 weeks and today it is 18 weeks and they postponed the delivery for 3 more weeks with same excuse one of the parts are missing and waiting for the supplier delivery .Waste of time , waste of money , they should be ashamed of themselves Will NEVER EVER BUY AGAIN FROM DFS .Really surprised the have 4 stars on Trustpilot. 2, what logistics firm can plan 5-7 weeks in advance and think this is acceptable?
Tracked it and now says 5th December so rang customer service, 40min later someone answered then put phone down. the other 2 couldnt have helped more.i tipped then but made sure it was for them 2 only.
