I think SAV is the best example of Customer Service that I have ever dealt with in my life. Completed my demo yesterday, under the guidance of Angela - very professional, yet relaxed - can't wait to hear the. The coaching is phenomenal, as well as all the training, resources, and equipment! I can't tell everyone how awesome my experience with Such A Voice was. Thank you all, I highly recommend being a member of Such A Voice. Most VO artists are usually marketing during regular business hours...while I am working. Together, they were able to rehab her voice and make it stronger, fuller and better than ever before. Melissa Moats, Casey Eade,and Brent Mukai all took such care throughout their interactions with us to make sure our experience was... well, "fruitful"...and I feel like I got precisely what I wanted from the beginners course. The preparation and encouragement from Claudine made for a very smooth studio session! Originally I was told it would only be 1 or 2 other people in a session, and we are 5 now, which leaves very little time for each person.Edit: I have increased my rating to 4 stars because of recent good customer service. She gets us, cause she's one of us. As a working voice actor she has great knowledge and experience in the industry. I went online looking for things to do and this popped up. FAITH'S CLASSES LITERALLY CHANGED MY LIFE. The coaches are first class and provide excellent information. They also offer a great variety of specialty classes like improv, acting, business, marketing, really all facets of the business. I took a bunch of classes in the major studios my first few years in LA, I learned some useful stuff but never quite wanted to drink the kool aid anywhere. *And imho, here's what I find that was the most useful. For anyone who wants to take voiceover training seriously, Such A. I can say she cares about the students. I was under the impression that the class I paid 25 dollars for would help me train to become a voice over, but what I, got is a 2 hour lecture and an email from the instructor saying that I had stuff I need to work on and that I won't be offered the program.

She has immensely helped me with my voice, her voice work in class is so incredible I could write a whole other review on it. I have already recommended SAV to two people. The classes are very affordable. I wish everyone knew about her just so that you too could gain the tools to best share your gifts and navigate this crazy town. Susan is my long time dialect coach who helped me to significantly improve my ability to sound American coming from thick Russian accent. If you are a success, they are a success. However... now that I've had my first course at The Voice Actor's Studio, I know I'm going to grow more hungry for the rest of the meal.
