The 2011 Watchtower Library would run on my old XP emachines computer but not the 2014 Library. It seems it is an entire update/install package.
I suggest everyone that was having issues with this update try it again now. But just today, I tried clicked on the shortcut for the app I have on my desktop, and it looked like it was about to launch but then nothing happened.
