Checked my order on the website, stating the console table had been successfully delivered today. Also, much of what they sell on there can be bought cheaper on other sites if you’re willing to shop around a little. I ordered a TV cabinet in the sale.
It was obvious that this was a previously returned item that was re-despatched to another customer.

Their customer support directed me to their Delivery Solutions who said they would investigate and if we did not hear a replacement would automatically be ordered on 3rd Nov. We have heard nothing and now the date for the re-order is being pushed back. All rights reserved. Appalling service.

Zero contact since the cancellation, which was via email, no call, a lot not chasing on our part, from the beginning.I currently have baby clothes everywhere in the babies room as I have no storage for them. Finally managed to get through to someone on the phone where I asked for a partial refund or credit towards a future purchase. Delivery date has been changed without any explanation or prior notice. When asked again to cancel the console table as they obviously have not dispatched it, I was told again this was impossible as they had already arranged for another one to be sent out to me, this one is apparently scheduled to be arriving in 10 days! We provide contract beds in a variety of sizes including, single contract beds, double contract beds, king size contract beds and even super king contract beds. Delivery service was great and efficient too! The delivery date postponed twice within 1 week ! The product is exactly what they described and what the pictures show, so absolutely no complaints, a very good experience.

When they came even though it says kerbside delivery, they brought it right through the house.

Advised to check the tracking number for further info...the tracking number doesn't exist as DHL have never been in recipt of my package.The 2nd delivery date for the bed arrived only to check and find its been changed again and now its due 10th November which leaves only 5 days before I need it (a gift for my son's birthday) and I have absolutely no faith that it will arrive then either.The company totally fabricates delivery dates to sell products, the bed I am still waiting for (that was due 5 days ago) is still being advertised as available for delivery in 3 days which is clearly not true.Customer service offer no real support or help and just continuously say 'check the online tracker' and repeatedly blame DHL.My advice to anyone thinking about buying from them is AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I ordered a Console table and two light fitments, tried to cancel the order of the table within one hour of placing the order. Didn't recieve item then they cancelled the order without contacting me then i called and reordered waited 2+ more weeks and still didn't receive the item and they cancelled the order again.
I first purchased these drawers back in February, they were supposed to be delivered a month later (mid March)....they were initially sent but ended up getting sent back, never even made it across the sea for an attempted delivery? The collection was arranged Thursday morning.
