I have gotten this pear tree in both standard and dwarf. tree ever die, and it was promptly and courteously replaced. That tree has produced bushels and bushels for the last 15 years, every year. Growers say this is one of the best Pears. It’s even sometimes called an apple pear. I purchased two pear trees for cross pollination, one, the Moonglow didn't make it. To be fair, the soil where I planted it is not very good.

I checked to see if there was any green at the stump, no sings of life. No they want plant themselves and you for sure can't just wad the roots up and stuff them in a little hole and expect survival.
