7/97-2002 Rodeo. I got a 1998 Manual 3.2 Trooper. is it possible to put a 4 cyl 95 engine that was connected to a standard tran. My builds are dead without the pics photobucket was holding hostage. Engines are factory checked after assembly to ensure proper operation. I did not go the route of the 4 wheel drive transmission because the transfer cases that fit the 4l60e transmission hit the torsion bars. The early diesel engine apparently has had problems. 1998 I really want to swap the motor with a Honda F20C out of an s2k with the 6 speed tranny. the engine in my 2000 Honda passport is shot, and I'm ready to swap it out with another good running motor. i love the look of the rodeo and the 3.2 is pretty darn strong but i honestly feel i can get better mileage from a f/i v8 and pass emissions.
